Our rate for Technical Support $20/hour.
For installation, or setup, of a desktop or laptop, there is an additional one-time charge of $30. However, there is no additional charge for any other components you need set up (Printer, iPod, etc..)
This cost is fixed based on telephone or in-home repairs.
